Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the AI Fortis Voice AI Platform to:

• Place illegal robocalls, or any calls without the lawful basis or consent required by the applicable telemarketing, e-privacy and consumer-protection laws.
• Contact numbers on applicable do-not-call registers or your own opt-out list, or ignore an opt-out request.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate others, unlawfully spoof caller identity, or misrepresent the purpose of a call.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to breach security, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend campaigns or accounts that breach this policy. Report abuse to office@aifortis.com.
