• Contact people without a lawful basis or required consent, or in breach of do-not-call rules.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent the purpose of a call.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to breach security, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
