These Terms govern your use of AiFortis VoiceAI Portal, operated by [AiFortis LTD]. By using the portal you accept these Terms.

The service

We provide a portal to configure and run AI voice campaigns through third-party voice and telephony providers. You are responsible for the assistants, scripts, numbers and contact lists you use.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and only to contact people where you have a lawful basis and any required consent.
• Comply with applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, and data-protection laws.
• Keep your credentials and API keys secure.
• See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Fees

Fees are as agreed in your order or plan. Usage-based charges (calls, minutes) are billed per the rates shown in Billing.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend access for security, non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts.
